What You'll Do8
- 1Supervise CNAs STNAs and other staff providing direct care
- 2Plan assign and direct work aligned with resident needs and staff capabilities
- 3Prepare work assignments adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
- 4Receive staffing calls and arrange replacements as needed
- 5Transfer employees among units based on staffing demands
- 6Complete performance evaluations for CNAs STNAs
- 7Adjust break schedules and resolve staff concerns
- 8Use independent judgment following company policies and applicable laws
Requirements3
- 1Current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- 2CPR certification or certification within 90 days of employment
- 3Education and or experience minimum 1-2 years in long term or sub acute settings
