What You'll Do11
- 1Counsel donors on test results eligibility and high-risk behavior
- 2Provide on-site medical coverage for regulatory compliance
- 3Lead registration and screening activities for donors
- 4Perform health assessments and obtain donor consent for plasma
- 5Coordinate reception personnel and production area coverage
- 6Evaluate whole blood sample approvals and review test results
- 7Support center leadership with staff development and operational issues
- 8Maintain HSE and OSHA compliance standards
- 9Deliver professional communication to management
- 10Execute complex technical tasks using electronic systems
- 11Assist with multi-step production processes
Requirements9
- 1Current LPN, RN, or PA certification for NY centers
- 2Minimum 1 year regulated environment experience
- 3Preferred 1+ years supervisory experience
- 4Valid CPR certification
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours daily
- 7Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 8Familiarity with electronic task management platforms
- 9Experience with plasma donation operations
