What You'll Do9
- 1Meet with residents to gather information and conduct assessments using the Resident Assessment Instrument

- 5Communicate findings to senior leadership for clinical decision making
- 6Review staff documentation and provide training on MDS procedures
- 7Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and handle reporting duties

- 9Ensure accurate coding and submission for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
Requirements6
- 1Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- 2Current LPN license in good standing
- 3Three years of MDS experience
- 4AHA HCP BLS certification
- 5AANAC-RAC-CT certification or willingness to obtain within six months
- 6Five plus years of clinical experience
