What You'll Do9

  • 5Communicate findings to senior leadership for clinical decision making
  • 6Review staff documentation and provide training on MDS procedures
  • 7Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and handle reporting duties
  • 8Collaborate with healthcare teams to address resident concerns
  • 9Ensure accurate coding and submission for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement

Requirements6

  • 1Graduation from an accredited nursing school
  • 2Current LPN license in good standing
  • 3Three years of MDS experience
  • 4AHA HCP BLS certification
  • 5AANAC-RAC-CT certification or willingness to obtain within six months
  • 6Five plus years of clinical experience
