What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare package address labels invoices and shipping documentation using courier systems
- 2Verify and maintain shipping address databanks within QLIMS
- 3Perform quality control checks on shipping documentation and records
- 4Check shipments against manifests to ensure accuracy and completeness
- 5Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed
- 6Maintain professional standards for all photocopied and generated paperwork
- 7Keep the work area clean organized and operationally efficient
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of related experience
- 2Basic computer skills
- 3Understanding of import export regulations
- 4Experience using QLIMS and courier shipping systems
- 5Ability to prepare and maintain shipping documentation and manifests accurately
