What You'll Do9
- 1Identify client needs and communicate solutions clearly on every service call.
- 2Pick, rekey, repair, and fit keys to commercial and residential hardware.
- 3Troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial door hardware including panic devices, electric strikes, closers, latch guards, and keypad locks.
- 4Design and generate multi-level master key systems for commercial clients.
- 5Walk job sites, assess needs, provide estimates, and order hardware within 24 hours.
- 6Follow company procedures for job documentation and daily operations, ensuring accurate records.
- 7Adapt to a flexible workday, handling scheduled and emergency calls as they arise.
- 8Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and tool inventory.
- 9Cross-train in automotive, access control, and safe services to expand your skill set.
Requirements8
- 13+ years commercial locksmith experience in the field.
- 2Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean DMV record.
- 3Punctuality, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
- 4Fluency in English (spoken and written) for clear customer interaction.
- 5Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, crouch, stoop, and reach overhead.
- 6Ability to climb ladders and work at height with safety gear.
- 7Willingness to work outdoors in varying Bay Area weather conditions.
- 8Commitment to company procedures and attention to detail.
