- 1Install and calibrate commercial garage doors and gates using Spark and Airflow platforms
- 2Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures implementing efficient resolutions
- 3Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections across all components
- 4Interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams for precise installations
- 5Document services accurately and maintain a well-organized service vehicle
- 6Communicate effectively with clients about system performance and repairs
- 7Assist with emergency calls and special projects under branch manager direction
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 2 years experience with commercial door and gate systems
- 2Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and hydraulic principles
- 3Ability to read technical manuals and leverage manufacturer resources
- 4Valid driver’s license with clean record and physical capability to lift 100 lbs
- 5Certifications like fire doors or welding proficiency preferred for enhanced compensation
