- 6Provide vision and motivation to senior management teams setting clear strategies and goals
- 7Responsible for the Environmental Health and Safety program including self-inspections hazardous waste disposal workplace safety and PPE
Requirements8
- 1Ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- 2Strong communication skills to interact with customers and associates across departments
- 3Proficiency in data interpretation and record management for accurate reporting and decision-making
- 4Demonstrated ability to make independent critical business decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- 55+ years of management experience preferably in retail with proven leadership capabilities
- 6Completion of CarMax-provided training and intermediate PC skills
- 7Flexibility to work rotating schedule including nights weekends holidays and occasional travel
- 8Bachelor’s degree
