Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma required
- 31+ year of customer service or collections experience
- 43-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 5Knowledge of collections practices preferred
- 6Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 7Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 8Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities
- 9Comfortable working with systems and documentation
- 10Familiarity with loan products and regulations
