A busy litigation practice needs an organized professional to support daily operations and casework at scale. The role collaborates with attorneys to prepare filings, manage documents, and coordinate depositions. You will handle TOA/TOC, redlining, exhibit management, calendar events, and transcription support while navigating NY court procedures and NYSCEF. This position offers flexible arrangements and a collaborative, team-driven environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build court filings, TOA/TOC, and exhibit management to support timely case progression
- 2Design and manage calendar schedules, deposition coordination, and reminders for attorneys
- 3Lead document preparation including redlining and dictation/transcription to ensure accuracy
- 4Ship NYSCEF and PACER submissions with attention to court rules and deadlines
- 5Drive attorney support tasks with professionalism and strong organization
- 6Own the management of exhibits and related preparation for hearings and trials
- 7Coordinate with court staff and clients to facilitate smooth case workflows
- 8Assist with discovery responses and document production as needed
- 9Support team with advanced Microsoft Word formatting and document drafting
- 10Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
Requirements6
- 1Experience with NYSCEF and PACER systems
- 2Strong knowledge of New York court procedures
