- 8Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards
- 9Develop individualized care plans addressing diverse patient needs
- 10Monitor and report adverse events or clinical changes promptly
- 11Support utilization review processes with detailed nursing documentation
Requirements10
- 1Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program with Texas licensure
- 2Minimum 2 years supervised clinical experience in chemical dependency settings
- 3Current Basic Life Support and CPR certifications
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- 5Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Knowledge of addiction science and evidence-based treatment modalities
- 8Familiarity with ASAM criteria for substance use disorder assessment
- 9Physical stamina for standing/sitting periods and lifting 25 pounds
