What You'll Do11

- 4Administer medications and educate clients on proper usage
- 5Act as a resource for Behavioral Health and Mental Health Technicians
- 6Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- 7Maintain safety by adhering to OSHA standards and monitoring for contraband
- 8Respond promptly to medical emergencies using de-escalation techniques
- 9Drive company van for client transportation as required
- 10Complete phlebotomy procedures following medical protocols
- 11Document clinical information accurately in electronic health records
Requirements10
- 1Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required
- 2Valid RN or LPN license in good standing
- 3De-escalation Techniques experience with behavioral crises
- 4Phlebotomy skills for specimen collection
- 5Prior experience in mental health substance use treatment preferred
- 6Medication administration and education competency
- 7Proficiency in clinical documentation systems
- 8Background check clearance including criminal and motor vehicle reports
- 9Current driver's license with clean driving history
- 10Availability to work full-time day shifts in Washington DC area
