What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement therapeutic interventions for substance use disorders
- 2Supervise behavioral health technicians and support staff
- 3Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical standards
- 4Conduct patient assessments and document progress
- 5Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare privacy regulations
- 6Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate care
- 7Provide direct patient assistance and crisis management
- 8Stay current with mental health research and treatment protocols
- 9Ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety guidelines
Requirements9
- 1RN license in Pennsylvania with active status
- 25+ years psychiatric or addiction nursing experience
- 3ANCC certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing preferred
- 4Current BLS certification within 60 days of hire
- 5Ability to lift 10 lbs and carry objects up to 75 lbs
- 6Strong physical stamina for standing and walking
- 7Experience transporting patients over 500 lbs
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
