Licensed Vocational Nurse, 2-10 Shift & Skilled Nursing Care
Overview
LVN role focused on skilled nursing care for residents on a swing shift from 2PM to 10PM at Brentwood Place One in Dallas. You will provide nursing care within scope of practice, follow physician orders, and adhere to standards of practice and regulations. Work with a collaborative team to ensure resident needs are met with compassion. This position emphasizes a stable schedule, on-site interviews, and a supportive environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build a safe, clean, and therapeutic resident environment
- 2Make nursing diagnoses to guide the care plan and outcomes
- 3Collaborate with residents and the healthcare team to coordinate care
- 4Record medication administration changes and monitor patient conditions
- 5Supervise assigned staff to ensure safety regulations and policy compliance
- 6Utilize nursing equipment and supplies following procedures
- 7Perform additional duties as directed by leadership
Requirements8
- 1Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice
- 2Minimum of 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- 3Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state
- 4Ability to work the 2PM-10PM shift
- 5Commitment to providing compassionate resident care
- 6Strong teamwork and communication skills
- 7Adherence to facility safety procedures and state and federal guidelines
- 8On-site interview availability at Dallas location
