Licensed Residential Plumber, Service & Repair
Overview
You will own residential plumbing service and repair across the Kitsap Peninsula, diagnosing issues, cleaning drains, and performing repairs with 5+ years of experience and a Washington State Plumbing license. You'll start each day at our shop, then head out to customer sites, handling a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with on-call duties. You'll join a tight-knit team of plumbers supported by a locally owned company that values craftsmanship and clear communication. What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including leaks, water heaters, and supply lines, using Hydro Jetting and Video Inspection.
- 2Clean drains and clear clogs with Snake Machines and Hydro Jetters, ensuring full flow restoration.
- 3Communicate repair options and costs clearly with customers, building trust through transparent explanations.
- 4Document work performed and parts used in ServiceTitan or similar software on your iPad.
- 5Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to extend equipment life and prevent emergencies.
- 6Manage your daily route efficiently, scheduling between jobs with Google Maps and Dispatch.
- 7Maintain a clean, organized work truck and inventory, restocking parts as needed.
- 8Participate in on-call rotation, handling after-hours emergencies with company support.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience as a residential service plumber.
- 2Current Washington State Plumbing License.
- 3Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 4Ability to pass a background check.
- 5Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex plumbing issues.
- 6Excellent customer service communication, with a focus on clear explanations.
- 7Comfort working in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas.
- 8Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs of equipment and materials.
