You will own new business production and client retention for Hill & Usher Insurance & Surety in Phoenix, Arizona. You will generate quotes, present policies, and close sales while building lasting relationships with community members. As a full-time Insurance Sales Representative, you will report to management and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to your growth. You will own daily service operations for a private client insurance practice, supporting a national client base with endorsements, billing, and renewals. This role is your launchpad to become a top producer in a multi-state, award-winning agency, with a clear path to 6-figure earnings.

Own a book of commercial accounts at a well-established insurance firm, managing renewals and client relationships without cold calling. You will handle the full renewal cycle, negotiate with carriers, and cross-sell products to grow accounts. The role is in-office in Phoenix, with fully employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits and a 401(k). You report Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and work with a supportive team.
