Overview
You will own a dedicated portfolio of personal insurance clients at a respected Germantown, MD agency. 2+ years in personal lines and a Maryland Property Casualty Producer License are required. You will be the friendly voice for policyholders, handling inquiries, policy changes, and renewals. You will collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve issues and advocate for clients. What You'll Do6
- 1Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Requirements6
- 1Maryland Property Casualty Producer License (Required).
- 22+ years in personal lines insurance account management.
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4Proficiency in HawkSoft, Applied Epic, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 6Genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions.
