What You'll Do9
- 1Serve as primary service contact managing auto home and umbrella policies
- 2Handle policy changes endorsements and billing inquiries with precision
- 3Assist clients with claim processing and explain premium impacts
- 4Conduct renewal reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- 5Proactively engage mono-line clients to expand their coverage
- 6Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- 7Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless client experiences
- 8Drive account retention through proactive communication and relationship building

Requirements8
- 1Active Property & Casualty insurance license before start date
- 2Minimum 2 years personal lines experience preferred
- 3Strong understanding of auto homeowners renters and umbrella coverages
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Proficiency with agency management systems
- 6Ability to manage high volume client interactions
- 7Experience with personal lines underwriting and pricing
