What You'll Do7
- 1Build a caseload of 20+ therapy clients within your first 90 days, using in-person and telehealth formats.
- 2Design treatment plans for individuals and couples, integrating evidence-based modalities like EMDR and trauma-informed care.
- 3Own your clinical calendar and set your own hours, balancing face-to-face sessions with documentation and collaboration.
- 4Develop your clinical identity, choosing specialty areas that align with your interests, from existential work to mindfulness-based therapy.
- 5Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians, sharing insights and referring clients within the practice.
- 6Participate in developing ketamine and psychedelic integration services, offering education and preparation for clients.
- 7Maintain ethical standards and licensure compliance, documenting sessions in a timely manner.
Requirements6
- 1Active Ohio license as an LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, or equivalent.
- 21-3 years post-licensure experience for early-career track or 5+ years for experienced track.
- 3Training in EMDR or willingness to obtain certification within the first year.
- 4Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients, including couples.
- 5Experience or strong interest in trauma, mindfulness, or existential approaches.
- 6Comfort with telehealth platforms and basic documentation software.
