Overview
CCDE seeks a licensed K-12 Intervention Specialist for the 2026-27 school year. This full-time position offers an 185-day contract at a private charter school in Westerville Ohio. Candidates will differentiate lesson plans and lead teams to improve student outcomes while meeting IEP goals.

- 1Design and implement differentiated lesson plans for diverse learners
- 2Lead collaborative instruction with teaching aides and content teachers
- 3Develop behavior improvement plans aligned with IEP objectives
- 4Create measurable IEP goals and facilitate goal-setting meetings
- 5Maintain consistent family communication regarding academic and behavioral progress
- 6Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate instructional effectiveness
- 7Manage classroom dynamics to achieve academic and social targets
- 8Coordinate with speech and occupational therapists to support student needs
- 9Document student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Requirements8
- 1Valid license as Intervention Specialist Mild/Moderate (K-12) or Moderate/Intensive (K-12)
- 2Proven experience working with autism spectrum disorder students
- 3Ability to collaborate in team environments and delegate tasks effectively
- 4Strong communication skills for interactions with families and professionals
- 5Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- 6Experience with standardized assessment tools and reporting systems
