Intervention Specialist ProCare Therapy
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to support students in grades 5–8 for the 2026–2027 school year. The Intervention Specialist will provide individualized academic and behavioral support to a caseload of approximately 15 students with mild to moderate disabilities.
What You'll Do8
- 1Provide specialized instruction and intervention based on individual student needs and IEP goals
- 2Manage and monitor a caseload of approximately 15 students
- 3Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and student progress
- 4Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
- 5Provide academic interventions and accommodations to support student success
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring data
- 7Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- 8Foster a positive inclusive and supportive learning environment
Requirements5
- 1Previous experience working with students with mild/moderate disabilities preferred
- 2Intervention Specialist or Special Education certification/licensure in Ohio preferred
- 3Strong communication organization and classroom management skills
- 4Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
