Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, Allstate Agency & Houston Community

Owns a client-centered sales cycle at scale within a busy Houston Allstate agency. Youll build trust with individuals and families, delivering tailored coverage proposals and guiding clients through application and policy selection. What You'll Do10
- 1Build tailored insurance proposals for prospective clients using Allstate products
- 2Design and present coverage strategies that align with client needs and budget, driving personalized outcomes
- 3Guide clients through the application and policy selection process with clear, patient explanations
- 4Nurture ongoing client relationships through regular check-ins and exceptional service
- 5Collaborate with agency teammates to hit monthly targets and cultivate a positive environment
- 6Stay current on Allstate product offerings and industry best practices
- 7Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions and progress
- 8Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups
- 9Support marketing and sales activities by attending client meetings and events
- 10Contribute to a local, client-centric community presence
Requirements9
- 1Active Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
- 2Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance space
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships
- 5Self-motivated, organized, with strong attention to detail
- 6Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- 7Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
- 8Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- 9Capacity to work a Monday-Friday schedule with paid holidays and ongoing training
