Requirements4
- 1Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of employment.
- 2Master's degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- 31+ year of social work experience in a health care setting.
- 4Medicare home health or hospice experience preferred.
