What You'll Do11
- 1Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
- 2Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting rating and compliance requirements
- 3Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction respond to queries and solve or refer problems
- 4Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty
- 5Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals
- 6Handle customer renewals
- 7Provide hands-on training on dealership leads and processes
- 8Maintain property and casualty insurance license compliance
- 9Deliver daily bonuses and employee discounts on dealership purchases and services
- 10Participate in career growth opportunities within the agency
- 11Engage in retirement plan contributions and bonus programs
Requirements10
- 1Proficiency to multi-task follow-through and follow-up
- 2Professional phone etiquette
- 3Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 4Allstate insurance experience strongly desired
- 5Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- 6Licensed Agency Consultant preferred
- 7Property and Casualty insurance license required

Salary Insight
