Overview

You will build your own acupuncture practice inside an established wellness center in The Woodlands, TX. Licensed Acupuncturists in Texas benefit from an existing clientele focused on recovery and wellness. You own your schedule and business model while using our private treatment room and front desk support. This role stands apart through cross-referrals from services like HBOT, red light therapy, and IV therapy, plus lower startup costs than a standalone clinic.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Build a patient base for acupuncture, cupping, and TCM within the first 90 days using our existing wellness clientele.
  • 2Deliver acupuncture treatments for sports recovery, pain management, and stress relief, aligning with our recovery-focused services.
  • 3Collaborate with Elevate staff to generate cross-referrals between your practice and services like PEMF and sauna.
  • 4Manage your own appointment scheduling, client records, and billing as an independent contractor.
  • 5Maintain a clean, professional treatment room and follow all Texas licensing and liability requirements.
  • 6Educate clients on how acupuncture complements hyperbaric oxygen therapy and lymphatic compression for optimal recovery.
  • 7Develop long-term patient relationships, focusing on women's wellness, sleep support, and general wellness.

Requirements7

  • 1Texas Acupuncturist License required.
  • 2Professional liability insurance required.
  • 32+ years experience in acupuncture, with a preference for sports recovery or pain management.
  • 4Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building a practice from scratch.
  • 5Excellent client communication skills, explaining treatment plans clearly.
  • 6Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
  • 7Existing clientele is a plus but not required.
