Overview
Join defi AUTO LLC as a Level 2 Technical Application Support specialist driving next generation lending experiences. You will interface directly with system administrators and key business decision makers supporting Auto Loan Originations and Servicing Products. This is a hands-on role shaping software requirements while collaborating across departments. Contributions lead to recognition and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Review client configurations and business processes to address challenges and satisfy business needs
- 2Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues
- 3Triage cases to isolate issues and determine priority and resolution path
- 4Identify opportunities to enhance client product experiences
- 5Interact and communicate with internal stakeholders to deliver on client expectations
- 6Advocate for clients by escalating urgent requests and efficiently prioritizing cases
- 7Determine resolution or alternatives develop and implement solutions
- 8Identify roadblocks and drive progress to resolution
- 9Efficiently manage assigned cases and prioritize workload to meet SLA
- 10Support software QA testing and validation
- 11Perform other duties as required
Requirements11
- 1Minimum of three to five years experience in lending financial services technology and SaaS companies
- 2Experience working in high volume case or ticketing queues
- 3Basic SQL query abilities/experience
- 4Excellent critical thinker demonstrating strong problem solving skills
- 5Analytical and process oriented detailed thorough
- 6Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 7Demonstrates accountability and personal ownership
- 8Self starter with passion for client satisfaction
- 9ServiceNow experience preferred
- 10Loan Servicing experience preferred
