What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage complex calendars across partners and time zones to optimize scheduling and prioritization
  • 2Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense management across multiple stakeholders
  • 3Prepare, edit, and format legal and business documents ensuring presentation accuracy
  • 4Support billing processes including editing narratives and liaising with revenue teams as needed
  • 5Track engagement letters and compliance documentation with time-sensitive administrative processes
  • 6Maintain client contacts and assist with business development materials, presentations, pitches, and events
  • 7Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, business partners, and internal teams
  • 8Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document management
  • 9Offer backup coverage for colleagues and support broader team operations when needed
  • 10Demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Requirements10

  • 13–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within a law firm or professional services environment
  • 2Corporate legal support experience strongly preferred
  • 3Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 4Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing professionalism
  • 6Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • 7Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple high-level requests
  • 8Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential information
  • 9Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
