Additional duties involve planning retention programs collaborating with the Community Manager and maintaining accurate resident records.

Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience preferring multifamily industry
- 4Proficiency in Yardi or RealPage
- 5Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 6Strong organizational and time management abilities
- 7Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
- 8Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 9Knowledge of North Carolina Residential Rental Agreements Act
