What You'll Do9
- 1Execute full sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets by engaging prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and finalizing leases
- 2Inspect units before move-in and coordinate repairs to maintain move-in readiness
- 3Monitor market trends and develop marketing strategies to enhance community visibility
- 4Utilize property management software to track availability and resident data
- 5Maintain high-quality show units and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive follow-ups
- 6Prepare and distribute lease renewal packages while coordinating pre-move-out meetings
- 7Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries with professional solutions
- 8Support corporate and onsite bonus programs based on performance metrics
- 9Manage travel and training commitments as needed for community engagement
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 3Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- 4Physical stamina for standing walking sitting bending climbing and lifting
- 5Strong communication skills for resident interactions and stakeholder coordination
- 6Experience with Yardi and OneSite property management systems
- 7Background in real estate leasing or hospitality sectors
- 8Valid driver’s license for vehicle operation
