Overview
Become the friendly public face of our property and key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents. Drive high occupancy rates by establishing rapport with residents and providing grade A personalized customer service. Meet with future tenants and take them on unit tours while conducting daily follow ups with prospective tenants. Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments.

Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year experience as a leasing agent
- 3Working knowledge of property management software OneSite
- 4High School diploma/GED required
- 5Medical, dental, and vision insurance with opportunities for life insurance and 401K with employer matching
- 6Promotion from within expected
- 7Drug testing and background checks included
