Overview
You will own a 3-year paid leadership internship at Chick-fil-A, rotating through operations, kitchen, and business functions. You will lead teams and drive results in Hospitality, Business Operations, and Quality & Food Safety. You will work directly with experienced operators and managers. This role prepares you for a long-term leadership career, whether at Chick-fil-A or elsewhere.
What You'll Do8
- 1Rotate through Kitchen Operations, Quality & Food Safety Control, and Ordering and Accounting to master daily workflows.
- 2Lead hospitality initiatives to improve guest experience and team morale.
- 3Drive Marketing campaigns and Technology/Systems development projects.
- 4Support HR and Training programs, including new hire onboarding.
- 5Facilitate team meetings and present performance metrics to management.
- 6Own a cross-functional improvement project in your first 90 days and present results.
- 7Manage inventory and ordering using Chick-fil-A systems.
- 8Coach team members on service standards and food safety protocols.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree or significant military career experience.
- 2Full-time availability with open schedule flexibility.
- 3Proven integrity and a can-do attitude.
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
