Chick-fil-A Restaurant Executive Director
Overview
The Restaurant Executive Director oversees all aspects of the multi-million dollar restaurant including people products business and operations. This role builds a strong leadership team delivering Gold Standard customer service and driving business results while managing HR functions recruiting training developing and retaining staff.
What You'll Do11
- 1Create exciting and engaging environment by upholding restaurant’s vision and standards
- 2Generate new ideas to improve restaurant experience
- 3Train and manage team members to engage with customers and ensure they have a great restaurant experience
- 4Stay informed on new menu items/market initiatives and share knowledge with restaurant's team and customers to drive sales results
- 5Lead and executes company management initiatives to develop restaurant leaders/managers for career progression
- 6Manage annual reviews participate in hiring decisions and identify opportunities to maintain high retention
- 7Approve schedules and manage budget
- 8Create engaging environment by upholding Chick-fil-A's First Street vision and setting the example of being business minded and customer focused
- 9Partners with teams to ensure restaurants follows visual cleanliness & food safety guidelines
- 10Resolves operational and customer issues
- 11Handles cash management inventory control cost safety & security compliance leads leadership team development
Requirements16
- 1Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- 22+ years of restaurant management experience
- 3Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team based settings
- 4Proven ability to drive business results in a restaurant environment
- 5Strong critical thinking & problem solving skills
- 6Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- 7Strong ability to assess and develop talent
- 8Excellent communication and leadership skills
- 9High attention to detail thoroughness and accuracy
- 10Self motivated with ability to take initiative
- 11Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- 12Track record of creating an inclusive collaborative and fun working environment
- 13Lift 20lb-50lbs
- 14Proficiency in a language other than English is a plus
- 15ServSafe Manager Certification
- 16Ability to manage multiple priorities projects and deliverables effectively
Salary Insight
$125 - $166k per year
