- 6Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure security, privacy, and regulatory requirements are met
- 7Mentor junior developers and web administrators to raise capabilities and consistency

- 1Senior Web Administrator or Web Developer with enterprise level experience
- 2Prior experience working with the State of Texas is required
- 3Strong CMS administration and website governance experience
- 4Proven ability to lead complex website projects from inception to delivery
- 5Experience with analytics, accessibility, performance optimization, and compliance
- 6Excellent collaboration skills with IT, communications, and business stakeholders
- 7Onsite in Austin, TX; contract role
- 8Knowledge of web technologies and standards relevant to large scale websites
