Requirements6
- 1Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- 2Minimum 3–5 years surgical technologist experience
- 3Thoracic surgery experience required

- 5Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills
- 6Leadership experience or willingness to act as clinical resource and mentor
