What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and support daily production activities for assembly and test operations
- 2Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians and assemblers
- 3Assemble integrate and test electro-mechanical systems and subassemblies
- 4Interpret manufacturing work instructions engineering drawings wiring diagrams schematics and verbal instructions
- 5Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical and electrical assemblies
- 6Coordinate with Engineering Supply Chain Quality and Operations teams to resolve production issues
- 7Verify product quality through inspection and testing procedures
- 8Document work performed test results inspections and non-conformance findings
- 9Communicate material shortages technical concerns and production challenges in a timely manner
- 10Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality safety and efficiency
- 11Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Requirements12
- 1High School Diploma Technical School Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 25+ years of experience in manufacturing electro-mechanical assembly electronics assembly or related technical environments
- 3Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- 4Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- 5Experience using hand tools power tools torque tools and electronic test equipment including multimeters
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 7Ability to train and support less experienced technicians
- 8Preferred Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology Manufacturing Technology or related field
- 9Prior experience in a lead senior technician or team lead role
- 10Experience with complex system integration and testing
- 11Soldering experience and IPC certification
- 12Experience working within ISO quality or regulated manufacturing environments
