- 9Handle emergencies and injuries following established procedures
- 10Administer CPR/First Aid and lift 50 pounds
- 11Stand approximately 95 percent of workday
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or Early Childhood preferred
- 2Associate’s degree in Child Development or Early Childhood plus two years supervised teaching experience
- 3CDAs with three years teaching experience
- 4High school diploma or GED with four years teaching experience
- 5Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and bend to child’s level
- 6Fluency in Spanish
- 7Understanding of child growth and developmental needs
