Requirements7
- 1Daycare teacher or volunteer meeting State OCFS regulations
- 2Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field preferred
- 3One year relevant experience in daycare preschool or similar setting
- 4Understanding of child development principles early childhood theories and best practices
- 5Patience empathy and strong relationship-building abilities
- 6Effective communication organization and problem-solving skills
- 7CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
