Lead Subcontracts Specialist, FAR 15 & Government Sourcing
Overview
Own subcontracts lifecycle for aerospace programs with a focus on FAR 15 in a collaborative government sourcing team. You will build supplier strategies, negotiate compliant subcontracts, and deliver proposal packages to government customers at scale. You will mentor teammates, support cross-functional activities with pricing and sourcing, and gain exposure to contract negotiation and supplier management across the program lifecycle. This role differentiates itself by leading end-to-end FAR 15 proposals and guiding a team through complex subcontract activities.

Requirements5
- 13–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, Law & Contracts (L&C), business, or finance
- 2Experience with FAR 15 subcontracting
- 3Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- 4Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- 5Experience working in aerospace and defense or government contracting environments
