- 3Drive cloud security initiatives focusing on IAM least privilege account design network segmentation and data access controls
- 4Lead incident response as senior on‑call responder handling breaches and escalations
- 5Mentor the security team and define operational processes to foster a culture of shared responsibility
Requirements5
- 110+ years in security engineering with deep expertise in at least two of AppSec cloud/infrastructure security and incident response plus credibility in a third
- 2Builder mindset having created and directed security capabilities rather than merely operating existing programs
- 3Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills ensuring security enables business growth
- 4Consumer product experience at massive scale with familiarity in AI/ML abuse or model security challenges
- 5Nice to have background in early security roles or founding security teams
