Overview
We seek a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to lead installation efforts for residential heating and cooling systems. The successful candidate will own projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards. What You'll Do6
- 1Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems including furnaces heat pumps and air conditioning units
- 2Install complete residential heating and air conditioning systems per manufacturer specifications and local codes
- 3Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned installer helper
- 4Start up test and troubleshoot newly installed equipment
- 5Ensure all installations meet quality safety and inspection standards
- 6Maintain a clean professional job site while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements6
- 12+ years residential HVAC installation experience with heating and air conditioning systems
- 2Strong leadership skills for guiding residential installs with a helper
- 3EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 4Ability to lift HVAC equipment and access attics crawlspaces
- 5Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- 6Pass background check and drug screen
