- 1Lead coach and develop service technicians through hiring training and performance management
- 2Supervise daily field operations ensuring efficient job completion and company standards
- 3Assist technicians with diagnostics troubleshooting and remote technical support
- 4Monitor productivity quality of work and customer satisfaction
- 5Resolve customer concerns to guarantee positive service experiences
- 6Review work orders service reports and payroll for accuracy
- 7Conduct site visits vehicle inspections and equipment audits
- 8Ensure proper tool material and asset maintenance
- 9Coordinate with dispatch to optimize scheduling and job assignments
- 10Maintain safety standards compliance company policies and local codes
Requirements8
- 15+ years of HVAC field leadership or supervisor experience
- 2Strong knowledge of residential HVAC service maintenance and repair
- 3Proven ability to lead teams improve performance and manage daily operations
- 4Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- 5Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- 6Computer proficiency Microsoft Office preferred
- 7Valid driver’s license clean driving record
