What You'll Do7
- 1Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems independently, from refrigeration to electrical and controls.
- 2Handle complex service calls across refrigeration, electrical, and controls with precision.
- 3Execute preventative maintenance on commercial units, catching issues before they cost clients.
- 4Own service calls end-to-end, from initial diagnostic to final sign-off, with minimal oversight.
- 5Drive a company truck to job sites, managing your schedule and parts inventory.
- 6Document work orders and communicate with dispatch to keep projects on track.
- 7Mentor junior techs on advanced HVAC/R troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements5
- 15+ years commercial HVAC/R experience, with a strong track record of independent field repairs.
- 2EPA Universal Certification required.
- 3Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 4Proven diagnostic skill across refrigeration, electrical, and controls.
- 5Ability to operate independently, making decisions in the field without constant direction.
