Lead .NET Developer, Azure & Architecture - Enterprise Cloud Solutions
Overview
.NET and cloud architect lead role driving technical strategy for enterprise applications at scale. Own architecture decisions, mentor teams, and contribute hands-on coding while collaborating with stakeholders and product owners. Work onsite in Dallas, shaping cloud-native solutions on Azure and guiding delivery across the SDLC.
What You'll Do10
- 1Design and architect enterprise web applications using .NET and Azure technologies
- 2Lead solution design, technical strategy, and architectural decision-making to drive scalable outcomes
- 3Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions leveraging cloud-native patterns
- 4Develop and implement cloud-native applications utilizing Azure PaaS services
- 5Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to align on outcomes
- 6Perform hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical mentoring across teams
- 7Establish development standards, design patterns, and best practices to improve quality
- 8Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and system integrations across services
- 9Guide technical teams and support delivery throughout the software development lifecycle
- 10Mentor developers and define architecture to balance strategic goals with hands-on execution
Requirements10
- 17+ years of software development experience including technical leadership responsibilities
- 2Deep expertise with .NET Framework / .NET Core
- 3Proven experience in solution architecture, application design, and technical leadership
- 4Strong experience with Azure technologies, including: Azure App Service Azure Functions Azure SQL Database
- 5Advanced SQL skills including complex query development, stored procedures, data modeling, and performance tuning
- 6Hands-on experience with Blazor and/or ASP.NET MVC
- 7Experience leading and collaborating with offshore development teams
- 8Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 9Ability to mentor developers and guide technical strategy
- 10Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX
