Senior Software Engineer, .NET & Azure Microservices
Overview
You will own the technical delivery of complex features on our Azure-based microservices platform, serving 11,000+ healthcare organizations. Working with a team of engineers, architects, and product managers, you will design, build, and optimize .NET Core and JavaScript solutions that elevate clinical and financial outcomes. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead development of frontend and backend features using .NET Core, C#, Angular, or React, delivering scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- 2Provide technical guidance on complex projects, validating designs and ensuring architectural alignment across the platform.
- 3Collaborate with team leads and architects to define project scope, timelines, and technical standards, driving strategic execution.
- 4Analyze existing applications for performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations that boost scalability and responsiveness.
- 5Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality improvement.
- 6Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and refine quality metrics to maintain high output standards.
- 7Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support development and operational continuity.
Requirements6
- 17+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a senior role focusing on .NET and JavaScript technologies.
- 2Proven track record of successful project execution within a team environment, leading projects to completion.
- 3Experience building native cloud applications in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
- 4Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5Microsoft AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
- 6AI-200: Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate certification (or obtain within 6 months of start).
