Overview
Lead Equipment Operator at WM will own day to day heavy equipment operation at our Surpris e AZ site with a focus on safety and reliability. You’ll work with bulldozers scrapers and front end loaders within a team that values safety and work life balance. What You'll Do10
- 1Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers scrapers and front end loaders
- 2Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure uptime
- 3Move and position raw materials and finished components using material handling equipment
- 4Follow standard operating procedures for safe operation and maintenance of vehicles
- 5Maintain accurate records and documentation related to equipment use and maintenance
- 6Collaborate with team members to support safe site operations
- 7Support training and development activities as part of career growth
- 8Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to protect self and others
- 9Participate in site safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- 10Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements5
- 15 year of experience operating heavy equipment
- 2Be over 18 years of age
- 3Legally eligible to work in the United States
- 4Ability to perform physical requirements of the position
- 5Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
