- 7Own daily operations and maintain building security protocols

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Concierge experience or strong customer service background
- 3Ability to work under pressure
- 4Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Strong written verbal and computer skills
- 6Knowledge of Yardi preferred
- 7Flexible attitude and adaptability
- 8Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- 9Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 10Reliable transportation to and from work location
