Concierge at Savant Senior Living Management
Overview
Concierge provides exceptional customer service at an assisted living facility. Reports to the Executive Director. Creates a welcoming atmosphere while coordinating services and handling administrative tasks.
What You'll Do11
- 1Greet residents families and visitors warmly to create a welcoming environment
- 2Provide information and answer inquiries about facility amenities activities and services
- 3Coordinate appointments transportation and other services to ensure seamless experiences
- 4Maintain knowledge of facility offerings and communicate details to residents and visitors
- 5Handle administrative tasks including correspondence record management and scheduling
- 6Keep concierge desk organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- 7Collaborate with staff to resolve resident needs and address concerns promptly
- 8Monitor facility security and report unusual incidents to appropriate personnel
- 9Act as liaison between residents families and internal departments
- 10Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality at all times
- 11Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements11
- 1Minimum age 18 with health screening TB clearance and criminal background check
- 2Certifications such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified preferred
- 3High school diploma or equivalent with hospitality or customer service education preferred
- 4Experience in customer service hospitality or front desk roles especially in senior living
- 5Strong interpersonal communication skills ability to multitask and prioritize
- 6Proficiency in word processing email and database management
- 7Understanding of customer service principles and facility amenities
- 8Knowledge of safety protocols emergency procedures and security measures
- 9Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic assisted living environment
- 10Professional demeanor maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
- 11Physical ability to lift light to moderate loads
