Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years residential remodeling carpentry experience
- 3Ability to direct subcontractors and hold professionals accountable
- 4Strong communication skills for daily homeowner interactions
- 5Proficiency with blueprint reading and budget management
- 6Organized and detail-oriented with documentation skills
- 7Valid driver’s license for reliable transportation
- 8Knowledge of residential construction practices
