Senior Facilities Estimating Lead driving cost control initiatives within change management programs. Overseeing basis of estimate development and ensuring compliance with government contracting standards. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate proposals.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead BOE creation integrating labor models and technical assumptions
- 2Develop workforce plans using prescribed staffing methodologies
- 3Coordinate with site managers to validate resource takeoffs
- 4Perform bottoms-up estimating to verify proposal accuracy
- 5Prepare detailed cost narratives for management review
- 6Assess subcontractor proposals for technical and cost compliance
- 7Ensure all estimates meet SOW and regulatory requirements
- 8Apply knowledge of government facility operations to resource forecasts
- 9Travel domestically to support client engagements
Requirements8
- 15+ years facilities estimating experience with government contracts
- 2Proven ability to develop compliant Basis of Estimate packages
- 3Expertise in labor staffing models and workforce planning tools
- 4Strong analytical skills for bottom-up cost validation
- 5Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- 6Valid passport and security clearance eligibility
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling software
- 8Previous experience in contingency or overseas operations
