Overview
This is a remote, part-time opportunity for seasoned legal professionals to help train AI systems used by large enterprises. You'll design realistic legal scenarios, create reference answers, and build scoring rubrics that measure deep legal judgment rather than superficial responses. The work draws on your experience with Fortune 500 compliance, contracting, and risk challenges, and pays between $110 and $150 per hour. What You'll Do5
- 1Develop complex legal scenarios that reflect the day-to-day work of in-house counsel, regulatory teams, transactional lawyers, and litigators at Fortune 500 companies.
- 2Create and review materials that align with major compliance frameworks such as FCPA, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA, as well as sector-specific rules for banking, healthcare, pharma, and insurance.
- 3Build tasks focused on enterprise-scale contracting, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and licensing agreements, plus M&A due diligence for large public company deals.
- 4Design risk management and board-reporting scenarios consistent with ERM and COSO frameworks, and draft investigations typical of regulated industries.
- 5Write detailed, criteria-based rubrics that capture the judgment an experienced Fortune 500 lawyer would apply when evaluating legal work.
Requirements4
- 1At least two years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 or large public company, or as a partner or senior associate at an AmLaw 100 firm serving F500 clients.
- 2Deep familiarity with one or more enterprise practice areas such as M&A, securities, regulatory, employment, IP, privacy, or commercial contracting at scale.
- 3Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms like Ironclad, Agiloft, or Icertis, and enterprise GRC tooling.
- 4A JD and current bar admission, with a preference for anyone who has previously authored rubrics, exams, or training content.

Salary Insight
