What You'll Do8

  • 1Assist with all phases of opioid and high-profile case litigation
  • 2Prepare trial materials and handle litigation support tasks
  • 3Analyze documents transcripts files and evidence using electronic databases
  • 4Perform database searches and troubleshoot technical issues
  • 5Apply redactions to diverse document types including audio files
  • 6Draft review memos and litigation documents as directed
  • 7Communicate with case teams and manage litigation review materials
  • 8Utilize task ticketing software to track support activities

Requirements8

  • 1J.D. Degree with active bar membership
  • 2Two years of progressive litigation support experience
  • 3Knowledge of federal and state court systems
  • 4Expertise with LEXIS and Westlaw legal research tools
  • 5Familiarity with ESI eDiscovery procedures
  • 6Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word databases spreadsheets and imaging software
  • 8Experience with cloud-based document review platforms
